Shipping & Returns Policy


Most orders require 1-2 business days to process from the time of purchase (Eastern Standard Time). We do not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sundays or holidays. Your order will be shipped by Standard Ground unless another option is selected. Signature upon delivery is not required, therefore Filomena Fernandez is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages.

Shipping Methods 

  • FedEx Ground and Home Delivery: delivers 5-10 days after processing.
  • FedEx Express Saver: delivers 2-3 business days after processing.
  • FedEx Priority Overnight: guaranteed delivery next business day after processing.
  • Saturday Delivery Option: Available only on FedEx Priority Overnight shipments processed to ship on Friday. Orders must be received by 12PM EST (Noon) on Friday to qualify for Saturday Delivery.

We currently do not offer Delivery to P.O. Boxes International Returns.

International Shipping Terms and Conditions

Orders that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to local taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.

If you refuse a shipment from Filomena Fernandez you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Mara Hoffman, Inc. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. Please email your shipping and handling questions or comments to contact@filomenafernandez.com


Filomena Fernandez offers a full refund on all online purchases returned in the condition in which they were sold within 10 days from the day the parcel was signed for.

Any items returned for refund or exchange after 10 days will be refused and returned to you.

Upon return, items will be inspected and exchanges, credits or refunds will only be issued to items that have not been worn, altered or washed. Merchandise must have all original tags attached. Shipping and handling fees will be deducted from the value of your refund.

Requests for adjustments will be honored if the merchandise was purchased at full price and if it is marked down within 7 days of purchase.

All items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned.

Returning Items

In Store:
Returns can be made in-store at our Filomena Fernandez Boutique, 4217 Ponce de Leon Blvd., Coral Gables, Florida, USA

By Mail:
US (Continental) RETURNS: Securely repackage your merchandise. Affix the pre-paid Fed Ex Label to the outside of the package and drop off at any Fed Ex location or arrange for pick up by calling 1-800 GoFedEx (1.800.463.3339). The return postage charge will be deducted from your refund. If you choose to ship your return via a different carrier, please insure the package.

US (ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO) & International Returns: Please contact us at 1-305-661-4448 or contact@filomenafernandez.com to receive your pre-paid postage label. The return postage charge will be deducted from your refund.
